Shipping & Processing

Most of what we make is printed to order, one piece at a time, right here in our workshop. Because each made-to-order item is created just for you, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or big drops it can run a little longer. If we ever expect a delay, we'll reach out.

Ready-to-ship & limited items

We also keep a small number of items in limited stock, including seasonal and limited-time pieces. When these are on hand they ship faster, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Quantities are limited, so once they're gone they may not come back, and they tend to move quickly. If an order includes both a made-to-order item and an in-stock item, we'll ship everything together once the made-to-order piece is ready.

How your order ships

Orders ship via USPS. You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free US shipping on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

A quick note on delivery times

The processing windows above are production and handling time, not delivery time. Once your order ships, standard USPS transit usually adds a few more days depending on where you are. So the total time from order to doorstep is roughly your processing time plus shipping transit.
